Travel
For events outside of our local area, additional fees may apply. These fees cover transportation, accommodations, and any necessary per diem costs. The exact fees will be calculated based on the event location and specific needs. We are happy to provide a customized quote based on your event details.

Extended Hours
If your event requires additional time beyond your chosen package, we are happy to stay to ensure everything runs smoothly. This is to ensure you have a peace of mind for the full duration of your event. Please let us know if you anticipate needing extra time, we can adjust your package accordingly

Additional Coordinator
For larger or more complex events, an additional coordinator may be required to ensure everything runs seamlessly. This extra team member assists with setup, vendor managements, guest coordination, and more, allowing us to maintain a smooth flow of your event.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposit & Payments
50% of payment is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due four weeks before the event

Client Responisbilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary information, including vendor contacts, event and guest details at least 8 weeks prior to the event

Cancellation Policy
If the event is canceled, only 25% of your deposit is refundable. Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded based on cancellation notice provided.

Liability Insurance
We carry liability insurance to protect both you and us during your event. This coverage ensures peace of mind incase of unforeseen incidents However, we are not liable for any damages or injuries caused by vendors or guests.
