Travel
For events outside a 30 mile radius, our travel fee ensures our tea arrives fully prepared wth all necessary equipment and supplies. This fee coves the additional time and logistics involved, providing you with top notch service no matter the location

Set up & Breakdown
We ensure a seamess bar expereince by meticulously arranging everything before your event and handling all clean up afterward. Our efficent set up and breakdown save you time and stress, guaranteeing a polished and hassle-free service

Additional Bartender
An additional bartender ensures faster service and a smoother experience for your guests, enhancing the overall efficiency of your event. This fee covers the costs of having an extra professional on hand to manage high traffic and ensure every guest receives prompt, attentive service

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your date

Payment Schedule
50% of payment is due at booking, balance is due two week before the event

Cancellation Policy
Full refund if canceled 30 days before the event. 50% refund if canceled 14 days before the event. No refund if canceled within 14 days of the event

Liability Insurance
We carry liability insurance to cover any incidents. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and permissions for alcohol service
